We are currently seeking a motivated Recruiter with engineering and technical experience to support an RPO project for one of Europe’s leading airlines. This is a fully remote role, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure operational hiring success across multiple locations and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and team leads
  • Deeply understand and represent the client’s culture and employer brand to candidates
  • Design and execute diverse sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments for technical and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience working across multiple time zones
  • European market experience preferred
  • Strong expertise in sourcing tools and techniques for niche or technical positions
  • Strategic mindset with strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach
Job Offer
We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience. This is a 3-month contract role.
