Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project for one of our key clients — a leading Canadian mining corporation with major operations across Latin America. This role focuses on high-volume hiring for blue-collar positions.

Location: This remote position in Guatemala requires regular site visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar roles, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience.
  • Apply strong sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, particularly within the mining sector.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to refine recruitment strategies and meet project objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within heavy industries such as mining, oil & gas, or large-scale construction.
  • Experience recruiting in local communities and for white-collar or blue-collar positions is essential.
  • Native in Spanish and conversational English skills
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage relationships effectively.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering outstanding candidate and client experiences.

Additional Information
This is a full-time contract role (10 to 12 months) with a monthly salary. It is not a freelance position. Based on project needs and individual performance, there is potential for contract extension.
